My girlfriend Kathryn and I went to Cancun from the 5th to the 15th of February. I booked us a full oceanview suite at the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach 5-star resort. It was the most incredible Valentine's vacation I've ever had. It was so great to get away from the cold too. Cancun was so much fun, it was both mine and her first time there. The beach was lovely, though we both got sunburned pretty badly by the second day. I did a spa visit and got a sunburn aloe treatment massage though, it worked wonders. We took around 1000 photos but I've uploaded several hundreds of them, as well as a bunch of videos, to my Facebook page.

So artwise, I've been crazy busy and haven't been able to find time to do anything except sketches. I picked up another sketchbook while I was out in Ohio and will be filling it out. I also tried to migrate my painting from OpenCanvas on my PC to Photoshop on my Macbook Pro, but I gotta say that I don't like painting in Photoshop anymore. I've taken a liking to doing non-digital art again. I had a lot of fun doing some arts and crafts lately and I think I can regain this same happy feeling about digital art. I just need to do more work for myself now. I might upload the pieces I like though.
